Pickled Potato Salad

Yields1 Serving

 10 Red Skin Potatoes
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 1 White Onion
 8 Eggs
 1 cup Best Maid Bread N Butter Pickles
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper
 ½ tsp Vinegar
 3 tbsp Best Maid mustard
 2 cups Best Maid mayo

Wash and cube 10 red skin potatos toss in olive oil to coat. Bake at 350 until done. Add chopped onion, hard boiled eggs sliced, Best Maid Bread n Butter Pickles chopped, salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise. Stir well and serve warm or cold! Sprinkle paprika on top to taste.
