Fried Pickles

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Sour Cream
 16 oz Best Maid Spears
 ½ cup Mayonnaise
 3 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 Oil for Deep-Frying
 ½ cup Prepared Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing and mustard together in a serving bowl. Set aside. Dredge pickles in bread crumbs and deep-fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden. Serve with sauce for dipping.

Note: For Oven-Fried Chips, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Follow instructions above. Arrange in single layer or oiled baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
