Let’s Make It
- Dry off shrimp with paper towel.
- In a bowl, add olive oil, shrimp, Cajun seasoning, salt, & pepper. Mix well.
- Grill shrimp on high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side (depending on size of shrimp).
- Remove from heat and refrigerate until cold.
- In a medium sized bowl, add Dill DIpper Papa Grilled with mayo and mix well.
- Then add refrigerated shrimp and mix until all are evenly coated.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce of your choice.
- Garnish with finely diced chives or green onions.
